Junior Project Manager

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the planning of technology projects, managing our team of IT professionals, implementing technology security, and the execution of all technology-related tasks and initiatives.

Define and clarify the project scope, including developing a project plan, deliverables, and assessing what is to be included or excluded from the project work.
Identify the project needs, including what resources, which team members and any other departments must be involved to see a successful outcome.
Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
Develop a renewal and upgrade schedule for company software programs and Supervise and direct IT personnel
Coordinate team effort, assign tasks, give direction to key project players, and keep everyone motivated.
Create a schedule and project timeline, assuring that each phase of the project remains within budget and project progress is reported.
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs and lead quality assurance for deliverables.
Control and document the progress of the project from start to finish, as well as evaluate each stage of the project and the end results.

Qualifications & Experience –

Any Bachelor s degree in Information Technology (IT), Engineering, business, or equivalent experience PMP Certification project development.

At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a junior project management role.
Experience preparing budgets
